Join Data#3 as a Customer Support Representative, where you’ll play a key role supporting our technology customers with accurate product, pricing and quoting solutions.

In this full-time hybrid role (2 days in the office) based in Brisbane, you’ll work closely with Account Executives, vendors and distributors to manage quotes, product information and customer requests. This 12-month limited-term opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology products, data and fast-paced customer requirements.

In this role you will:

• Support Account Executives with quotes, pricing and product information
• Work with EUC products including desktops, notebooks, monitors and accessories
• Use Excel to manage large datasets, lookups, filtering, pivot tables and reconciliation
• Validate pricing, product codes and quotes against customer requirements
• Liaise with vendors and distributors regarding stock, lead times and substitutions
• Manage competing requests while maintaining accuracy and service levels

About You

• Experience in technology sales support, customer service or product administration
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Understanding of EUC products and technology solutions
• Experience supporting quoting, pricing or order processes
• Strong attention to detail and process management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
