Technical Customer Service Representative

In unserem Team hast Du Freude daran, Kunden technisch zu beraten, Angebote zu erstellen und Reparaturaufträge eigenständig zu bearbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du findest die beste Lösung für unsere Kunden und erstellst eigenverantwortlich Angebote.
• Du unterstützt unsere internationalen Kunden aktiv bei technischen Fragen und stehst ihnen beratend zur Seite.
• Du koordinierst den gesamten Reparaturprozess von der Annahme über die technische Prüfung bis zur Fertigstellung.
• Du unterstützt das Team flexibel bei der allgemeinen Auftragserfassung.

Dein Profil

• Du hast eine technische Ausbildung idealerweise im Bereich Elektro/Elektrotechnik, sowie erste Erfahrung im technischen Support oder Vertriebsinnendienst
• Du besitzt ein technisches Verständnis und verbindest dies mit einer service- sowie lösungsorientierten Denkweise
• Du hast Freude an der Kundenberatung und überzeugst durch eine freundliche, kundenorientierte Kommunikation und sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Du besitzt eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise für die Angebots- und Auftragserfassung und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
