Remote Customer Service

We are seeking a full-time Remote Client Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the booking and travel process. You will respond to inquiries, manage support requests, resolve concerns, and help ensure every client has a smooth and positive experience.

• Responding to client questions across multiple communication channels
• Managing support requests and following up promptly
• Troubleshooting booking and travel-related concerns
• Identifying practical, client-focused solutions
• Maintaining clear, courteous, and professional communication
• Documenting client interactions and keeping information organized
• Collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer support, customer service, or another client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused approach to client service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Comfortable learning and using customer-support tools, booking platforms, and other technology
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or a related industry is helpful but not required
