Responsibilities
- Serve in a client-facing role, delivering an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting critical deadlines
- Manage loan pipelines with clear, proactive communication on loan status and next steps
- Support pipeline needs across multiple regions as business demands evolve
- Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation
- Ensure timely and compliant packaging, processing, and submission of loans to underwriting
- Process a variety of loan products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond programs (Texas)
- Partner with a high-performing team to navigate complex loan scenarios and support diverse borrower needs
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in mortgage operations, with a strong emphasis on residential mortgage loan processing and pipeline management.
- Proficient in Encompass (or a comparable Loan Origination System) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage lending industry, including a working understanding of current RESPA regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of a broad range of mortgage products, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Texas Bond loan programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- Strong customer service orientation, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative team-focused mindset, with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.

Salary Description
$50-60K annually, nonexempt + bonus
