Job Overview

Xplore World Agency is seeking a Call Center Representative to help deliver vacation planning, flights, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer support, and travel sales. In day-to-day work, you will help customers resolve questions and service issues through clear, timely support. This opening is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates based in Portland, Oregon.

What You'll Handle

• Handle assigned inbound or outbound calls connected to vacation planning, flights, cruises, all-inclusive travel, reservations, customer support, and travel sales, confirm the purpose of each interaction, and document the outcome accurately in the Call Center Representative role at Xplore World Agency.
• Review account or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps as part of the Call Center Representative role at Xplore World Agency.
• Resolve routine questions and service issues within policy and escalate complex or unresolved cases across vacation booking and traveler service in this Call Center Representative position.
• Follow up on open cases, promised actions, or missing information so customers receive timely updates for the Xplore World Agency team as part of Call Center Representative work.
• Use approved knowledge resources and procedures while adapting communication to the customer's specific question while supporting vacation booking and traveler service in the Call Center Representative role at Xplore World Agency.
• Meet service-quality, response-time, documentation, and customer-satisfaction expectations as part of day-to-day Call Center Representative responsibilities at Xplore World Agency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer-service experience is helpful but not required for entry-level roles for the Call Center Representative opening at Xplore World Agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a patient, professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort using CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, and web-based customer-service tools.
• Ability to learn policies and service information quickly and explain them clearly.
