Daybright is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join M3 Technologies within our Broker Solutions Segment. M3 Technologies is located in Matawan, NJ.


JOB DESCRIPTION

The candidate will become a valued member of the call center team and will be responsible for handling both in-bound and outbound high volume customer service calls. The CSR will be responsible for answering and handling benefits questions concerning billing, form submission, claims processing, and other inquiries regarding their benefits. Most outbound calls are callbacks to clients to provide requested information. The right candidate will have experience working in a call center environment, customer service background, and great communication skills.


This is a full-time in-office role. We offer competitive pay, benefits, generous paid time off, paid holidays, a 35-hour full-time work week and more!


The hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering and redirecting high volume calls.
  • Provide exemplary service to customers, discussing and explaining their insurance coverage, premiums, and claims.
  • Resolve premium and billing questions and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with filing claims.
  • Record keeping and updating customer files.
  • Perform other general tasks as needed.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school or equivalent (Required).
  • 1+ years of call center experience.
  • 1+ years of insurance experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
  • Supplemental and voluntary benefits experience a plus
