Job Description

Insight Global is currently hiring for Retiree Advocates to join a client leading in Care Navigation and advocacy, dedicated to improving outcomes and satisfaction for group plan sponsors and their members. You’ll work alongside colleagues who are experts in the group retiree healthcare market, Medicare health benefits for individuals, health navigation and advocacy services, and who truly care about making a difference in the industry and in members’ lives. You will provide High Level Customer Service to all Participating Members answering phone calls to assist members with any issues/concerns.

Required Skills & Experience

1+ Year of Customer Service Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Strong and patient communicator who is able to empathize with customers (fresh grads)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Life and Health License Healthcare advocate or specialist experience AHIP Training and Certificate

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
