About Company

We are a leading shipping services provider with an extensive network of offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia. We are looking for the following positions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with Customers, Liner’s principal, Overseas Agent and suppliers on the import and export shipment.
• Prepare booking report and invoice the expenses through the system on daily basis
• Monitor and ensure to support customers with solutions in case of issues
• Manage inventory with the booking forecast on daily basis.

Qualifications

• Thai Nationality only, between 25 – 35 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing customers in Shipping or Logistics and Transportation Industry.
• High responsibility with ability to work under high pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication skills “English speaking, writing E-mail, Phone communication.
• Strong Services minded and team players
• Excellent communication skills “English speaking, writing E-mail, Phone communication.
• Chinese Mandarin speaking is an advantage
