Driven by the continued growth of our business and client portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Claims and customer advisor to join our Bangkok office.

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Operations & Client Services team, you will support our international policyholders throughout their insurance journey and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage international health insurance claims from document collection through reimbursement.
• Assist customers with policy-related enquiries, benefits, coverage, medical claims, and pre-authorizations.
• Guide clients through administrative procedures and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, telephone, …
• Coordinate with medical providers, healthcare partners, and Mondassur's headquarter in Paris.
• Maintain accurate customer records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor claim progress and follow up with all stakeholders until resolution.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, well-organized, and enjoys finding solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in health insurance, international insurance, medical claims, insurance brokerage, or a Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
• Valid Thai Non-Life Insurance Broker License or Insurance Agent License is an asset.
• Thai speaker (C2 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken.
• French proficiency is highly valued
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM
