Key Responsibilities
- Respond to referrals, correspondence, email and enquiries to the business as assigned.
- Provide information to potential and current AYS participants, including the process for intake, planning available supports and referral pathways.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
