The Remote Help Desk Advisor provides first-level technical assistance to users who need help with routine technology issues. This entry-level full-time remote role is suited to a patient and service-minded candidate who can troubleshoot common problems and explain technical steps in an easy-to-understand way.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Respond to user requests involving common technical issues.

• Provide first-level assistance through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.

• Troubleshoot routine login, software, hardware, and connectivity problems.

• Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps.

• Create detailed support tickets and service notes.

• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions.

• Monitor open requests and complete assigned follow-ups.

• Use approved technical resources and knowledge bases.

• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate technical personnel.

• Communicate ticket progress and next steps to users.
