Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Underwriting Specialist to join our growing insurance agency. This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong multitasking abilities, and experience with customer service, underwriting, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while providing excellent service to our clients and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bilingual customer service (English & Spanish) via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist with underwriting by gathering necessary documents and verifying customer information.

• Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth application process.

• Make outbound calls to potential business leads and prospects.

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with client information.

• Utilize Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.

• Work closely with other team members to improve customer experience and streamline processes.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English & Spanish (both written and spoken).

• Customer service experience (preferably in insurance or financial services).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Teams.

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
