In this role, you'll:
✔️ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
✔️ Provide information on accounts, products, and services
✔️ Generate quotes based on customer needs
✔️ Receive, verify, and process customer orders and order changes
What we're looking for:
✅ Direct Customer Service/Customer Support experience within the Chemical or Oil & Gas industry (required)
✅ Experience with SAP or Oracle is highly preferred
