About The Position

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Call Center Representative to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will help customers resolve questions and service issues through clear, timely support. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates based in Houston, Texas.

Your Day-to-Day

• Handle assigned inbound or outbound calls connected to travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology, confirm the purpose of each interaction, and document the outcome accurately in the Call Center Representative role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Review account or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps as part of the Call Center Representative role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Resolve routine questions and service issues within policy and escalate complex or unresolved cases across travel booking and agent support in this Call Center Representative position.
• Follow up on open cases, promised actions, or missing information so customers receive timely updates for the BiyaheKo PH team as part of Call Center Representative work.
• Use approved knowledge resources and procedures while adapting communication to the customer's specific question while supporting travel booking and agent support in the Call Center Representative role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Meet service-quality, response-time, documentation, and customer-satisfaction expectations as part of day-to-day Call Center Representative responsibilities at BiyaheKo PH.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer-service experience is helpful but not required for entry-level roles for the Call Center Representative opening at BiyaheKo PH.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a patient, professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort using CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, and web-based customer-service tools.
• Ability to learn policies and service information quickly and explain them clearly.
• Reliable internet access, a quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently.
• A pre-employment background check is required.
