Student Success Associate

Responsibilities

• Own helpdesk response quality and turnaround
• Run onboarding conversations with new aspirants
• Turn recurring questions into product and content fixes, not just replies
• Maintain help documentation that actually answers things
• Spot at-risk students early and reach out before they drift

Requirements

• Excellent written English and a genuinely warm tone
• Patience with people who are stressed and short on time
• Organised enough to hold many open threads without dropping one
• Comfort using data to spot patterns in what students ask

Preferred Skills

Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

• Having prepared for CAT or a similar exam yourself
• Support tooling experience
• Hindi and one other regional language
