Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. This role works closely with Customer Success Account Managers and pharmacy teams to provide timely communication, resolve issues, and support overall workflow efficiency.
This is a full-time, remote position
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on prescription status
- Monitor prescription workflows and proactively flag delays or discrepancies
- Assist with reshipments and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
- Maintain and update daily reports as directed by Customer Success Managers
- Provide administrative support to improve operational efficiency
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in a HIPAA-compliant system
- Investigate and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify recurring issues or trends and escalate for process improvement
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus
- Experience in a pharmacy, medical office, or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Salary: $25 per hour
