growing remote sales team.

commitment to success. Previous call center, customer service, remote work, and CRM

Compensation Plan Overview

👉 Daily Grinder: 3 plans per day signed ($3,600 billed rev / week) = $48,000 / year - This is your baseline, where we expect all reps to comfortably sit.

👉 Ambitious Achiever: 4 plans per day signed ($4,800 billed rev / week) = $61,000/ year - Where you want to be for a robust yearly earning.

👉 Superstar: 5 plans per day signed ($6,000 billed rev / week) = $73,000 year - Realize your potential and join the ranks of our elite reps.

Responsibilities

👉 Handle 20-30 Inbound Calls Daily: Engage actively with clients seeking credit solutions.

👉 Offer Solutions: Utilize your toolkit to assist clients in starting their credit repair journey.

👉 Secure Success Stories: Aim to achieve 3 successful client interactions per shift.

👉 Work a full 8-hour day with a 70% active rate, being on calls or ready to take them.

👉 8 GB RAM/12 GB RAM: 8GB minimum is required to run on our platforms/programs
