Call Center Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer/manage calls from new customers interested in pursuing career training at triOS College.
• Procure information from inbound callers in the Customer Contact & Contact Management systems for ongoing customer contact.
• Work with the Admissions team, confirming availability of the Education Consultant.
• Book customers into interviews/meetings/information sessions with the Admissions team.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to customers to book and confirm appointments at triOS College.
• Maintain general knowledge and understanding of all products and services.
• Maintain and support ongoing relations amongst internal customers, colleagues and co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum college diploma from a business-related program.
• Minimum 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office, primarily Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to speak and write in English.
• Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone.

Hours of Work:

There are three time slots available:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST

• Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST and Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

• Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST and Sunday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST

Please note the hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Work Location:

Remote - Must have home office set up with reliable computer and internet connection.

• Processor - Intel i5, 8th gen, AMD Ryzen 7
• Memory (RAM) - 16GB
• Solid State Drive -250GB
• Operating System- Windows 10 Home and above, no Windows 10s mode
