• Preparing and maintaining accurate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to inform company strategies and improve service quality.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals and team members to streamline communication and enhance the customer experience.
• Staying informed about the latest healthcare industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Medical background is preferred;
• Medical Technologist or Nursing background;
• Previous experience in coordination, logistics and managing order;
• Customer service oriented;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
