Senior Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers across chat, email, and calls
• Share best practices and recommendations
• Troubleshoot, identify, and escalate reported bugs, register customer complains and requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Marketing, and QA
• Represent the “voice of the customer” inside the company
• Contribute to process improvements and exceed KPIs

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (support, success, service)
• Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken)
• Customer-first mindset with strong active listening skills
• General computer proficiency and SaaS product knowledge
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
