The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $57,000. The actual salary will vary based on your education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity. Aon also offers a bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.

What The Day Will Look Like
No two days are the same in this role. You will use your ICBC and customer service expertise to:
- Support commercial auto clients (fleets and garages) by providing accurate, timely information on products, services and coverage options.
- Process ICBC transactions end-to-end, including new, renewal and mid-term changes to registrations, license plates, temporary operating permits, transfers, garage policies, floater plates, prorate plates, special coverage policies and cancellations.
- Analyze and resolve client inquiries, identifying needs and matching them with appropriate ICBC products and Aon solutions.
- Maintain a deep working knowledge of ICBC products and guidelines, staying current on changes and new requirements.
- Manage and service an established book of Commercial Auto business, create and refine documentation, and collaborate with account management teams on Commercial Auto plan and fleet-related inquiries.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 2+ years of Autoplan experience, including hands-on ICBC transaction processing.
- Proven experience with ICBC batching and plate inventory management.
- Strong client service and communication skills, with confidence handling high volumes of phone and email interactions.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems.
- Knowledge of fleets and garage policies is an asset; we will train the right candidate.
- Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia (IBABC) Level One (1) License required.
