The dispatcher position at Duke City Redi-Mix is integral in continuing to provide the best service in the industry. As a first contact for customers, this person must be personable, knowledgeable and eager to provide for the customer's needs. This person must also have the ability to multitask and process a large amount of information quickly in a stressful environment.

Requirements:

- Experience in a fast-paced office environment focused on customer service over the phone.

- Ability to quickly process information and make decisions in a high stress environment.

- Knowledge of and experience in PC based computer software.

- Early morning hours, overtime and weekends.

- Consistent and reliable transportation.

- Desire to be part of a team focused on excellence and improvement.

- Honesty and integrity in all things.

Compensation:

- $20- $22/hour depending on experience
