We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Belen Heredia, Costa Rica.
What you’ll do:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with questions and general inquiries
- Provide clear and professional information over the phone
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow established procedures and call flows
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every call
What we’re looking for:
- No previous call center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B2+ English level
- Basic computer skills
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
