Requirements

Please note that this position requires EU work authorization.

Language: German - Conversational (B1-B2), Dutch - Business fluent (C2)

• Several years of professional experience in administrative or office-based roles, ideally within sales administration or wholesale and foreign trade
• Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
• Fluently in Dutch, very good skills in German (B2) and English (B2); French is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude

Activities

• Serve as the main contact person for our Benelux customers, providing timely and effective support
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and orders throughout the entire process
• Coordinate order processing, delivery scheduling, and invoicing
• Serve as a communication hub between customers and internal departments
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
• Support system updates, database maintenance, and reporting activities
• Participate in cross-functional projects and system implementations
