Position: Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records
• Enter order data and manage order information using the SAP system
• Prepare delivery documents and process orders
• Communicate with warehouse staff and freight forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries
• Monitor open orders and backlogs
• Create and verify credit notes

Your Profile:

• Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in sales support or logistics coordination is a strong advantage
