Role Description The DevOps Architect at ArcAiNexa is a full-time, on-site role based in Is-en-Bassigny. This role designs and implements scalable, secure, and resilient DevOps architectures across cloud and on-premise environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, guiding platform modernization initiatives, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve delivery practices. The DevOps Architect will evaluate tools and frameworks, establish standards and best practices, conduct architecture reviews, and troubleshoot complex integration issues. The role also involves mentoring technical teams, documenting reference architectures, and ensuring that DevOps solutions support measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible), with experience automating environment provisioning and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery, including designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment workflows.
• Solid background in Software Development, with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and understand application lifecycle requirements.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, including designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective systems across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related security, networking, and governance best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in DevOps or platform engineering leadership is an advantage.
