Product Owner

A Product Owner maximizes the value of a product by aligning development execution with business strategy. They act as the vital bridge between customers, stakeholders, and the engineering team—translating high-level product goals into actionable, prioritized tasks for developers.

• Managing the Product Backlog: Creating, refining, and prioritizing the list of features, user stories, and bugs so the team is always working on the highest-value items.
• Articulating the Vision: Communicating the product goals and the "why" behind each feature to the development team.
