Senior Design Director

I'm partnering with an established packaging manufacturer to identify a Senior Director of Design Engineering to lead a multi-site engineering organization focused on product design, tooling, and innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a multi-site design engineering team
• Drive product design, tooling, and commercialization efforts
• Standardize engineering processes and improve execution
• Partner with operations, tooling, sales, and project teams
• Mentor engineers and build the next generation of leaders
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Engineering leadership experience in thermoforming and/or injection molding
• Strong background in product design, tooling, and new product development
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple locations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Approximately 25% travel
