About the Role
Lead the Design and Engineering function end to end — from concept design to prototyping, validation, and continuous improvement. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with strong technical depth in motor and engineering products and proven ability to guide cross‑functional teams in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
Brief Job Profile
- Drive product development cycles: requirement analysis, design, validation
- Strengthen engineering processes for smooth production
- Collaborate with Purchase, Quality and Manufacturing for new product launches
- Partner with vendors for component development
- Support Sales and Marketing with product inputs and business cases
- Lead customer‑specific customizations and cost optimization initiatives
Basic Requirements
- BE/BTech/MTech (Electrical preferred; Mechanical considered exceptionally)
- 18+ years of experience (10–15 years relevant)
- Strong knowledge of electrical machine design, VFDs, robotics
- Exposure to ANSYS, SolidWorks, or similar tools
- Industry background in motors, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, or similar engineered products
