■Mission

開発部門のIT基盤、システム、データ環境を戦略的に整備し、持続可能で効率的な開発業務環境を構築および運営をする。社内データを横断的に有効活用するAIを積極的かつ安全な形で導入し、継続的な生産性向上と業務効率改善をサポートする。

■Roles and responsibilities

開発部門のAI Driven IT戦略および基盤整備をリードする

• 開発部門のAI Driven IT戦略を策定し、上位組織およびグローバル方針と整合させながら、アプリ、インフラ、クラウドを含むIT基盤の整備・改善を推進する。

業務システムおよびITアーキテクチャを設計・運営する

• 社内システム、社内外クラウドサービス、ITツールを活用し、持続可能で拡張性の高いITアーキテクチャを設計・運用する。

社内データ基盤の構築とAI活用を推進する

• 部門横断で蓄積されたデータを統合・可視化し、データおよびAI活用を支える共通基盤を構築する。AIを活用した業務改善を推進する。

ITガバナンスおよび部門横断の変革を推進する

• Global ITや関連部門と連携し、ITガバナンス、セキュリティ、投資管理を推進する。部門横断の業務改革と標準化をリードする。

経営層への提言と意思決定を支援する

• IT・データ・AI戦略の価値や投資効果を可視化し、経営層への提言を通じて開発部門の変革をリードする。
