We are B2B2C modular SaaS platform, powered by AI. Across ~40 different modules we are heavily relying on various integrations (payments, smart-locks, marketplaces) and AI (our in-house developed agentic-framework for our chatbot and advanced Insights). As the leading Tenant Experience platform in the Nordics, we reach more than 450,000 households - approximately 20% of all rental tenants in Sweden.

Having proven product-market fit in the Nordics we are now embarking on an exciting growth journey and as we are evolving our Product & Technology organization we are looking for a caring, driven and technically strong Engineering Manager who wants to help bring our platform experience to the next level.

Role Description

You will combine deep engineering expertise with modern people leadership — and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B2C SaaS platform.

Our teams work in a cross-functional, product-led, agile environment where tech, product and design collaborate closely. We obsess over understanding our customer's needs and delivering impactful, scalable features that make their experience efficient.

In this role as our Engineer Manager you would

• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 engineers.
• Drive technical clarity, delivery quality and engineering excellence across the stack (Golang, Flutter, Terraform).
• Contribute hands-on to our Go Platform
• Own team-level technical strategy and ensure scalable, well-architected solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design in a cross-functional, product-led environment.
• Improve processes, grow team capabilities, and help the organization scale sustainably.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AI-assisted tools in day-to-day work
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• 8+ years experience in Software Development
• 5+ years experience in Golang or Java
• 2+ years experience with Frontend Technologies (React, Dart)
• 3+ years experience in technical leadership role
• Strong skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of system design and Software Integration in modern cloud-based architecture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment preferred.

Preferred Qualification

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
