Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in AI/ML infrastructure, High Performance Computing (HPC), container platforms, and hybrid cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale AI platforms and private cloud solutions that support modern AI/ML workloads.

This role requires strong technical leadership and a deep understanding of AI infrastructure, container orchestration, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture. The Solutions Architect will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Solution Governance

Act as the technical lead and design authority for AI infrastructure, container platform, and HPC-related initiatives.

Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.

Drive solution governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and operational requirements.

Solution Architecture & Design

Design and optimize end-to-end solutions across container orchestration, AI/ML platforms, and HPC environments.

Architect enterprise-grade platforms supporting AI workloads, data processing, and model deployment.

Integrate infrastructure platforms with DevOps, MLOps, observability, and automation tools.

Define reference architectures and implementation best practices.

Presales & Technical Consulting

Support technical assessments, solution workshops, and proposal development activities.

Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to validate architectural designs and solution performance.

Assess customer environments and provide recommendations for infrastructure modernization and AI platform adoption.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends across AI/ML, HPC, Kubernetes, cloud computing, and automation.

Identify opportunities to improve solution design, operational efficiency, and platform performance.

Contribute to innovation initiatives and technical best practices.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.

Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-focused manner.

Ensure architectural decisions align with business goals and desired outcomes.

Collaboration & Mentoring

Partner with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, DevOps, and data science teams.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and consultants.

Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and technical communities.

Required Skills & Experience:

AI Infrastructure & HPC

Strong experience designing and implementing HPC and AI infrastructure solutions.

Experience with workload scheduling and resource management platforms.

Knowledge of cluster management, performance optimization, and large-scale compute environments.

Understanding of high-speed networking technologies and performance tuning concepts.

Containerization & Orchestration

Extensive experience with container technologies and Kubernetes-based platforms.

Hands-on experience with enterprise container orchestration solutions.

Understanding of GPU-accelerated computing environments and AI workload optimization.

Experience managing containerized applications in large-scale production environments.

Operating Systems & Virtualization

Strong Linux system administration experience.

Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning, and managing enterprise Linux environments.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies and virtualized workload management.

Cloud, DevOps & MLOps

Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and cloud-native technologies.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and platform engineering practices.

Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle management and operationalization.

Understanding of security, compliance, observability, and monitoring frameworks.

Networking & Storage

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and load balancing.

Experience with enterprise storage and data access protocols.

Knowledge of scalable and resilient infrastructure design principles.

Programming & Automation

Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

Experience automating infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational processes.

Leadership & Communication

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and architecture engagements.

Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in cloud, Kubernetes, container platforms, AI infrastructure, or enterprise architecture are considered an advantage.

Typically 8+ years of experience designing and delivering AI, HPC, cloud, infrastructure, or container platform solutions.

Demonstrated experience working in enterprise-scale environments with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
