ABOUT LIFECYCLE HEALTH

Lifecycle Health is building a privacy-first health intelligence platform that brings permissioned data from iOS, wearables, nutrition, activity, sleep, recovery and body-composition sources into one longitudinal view.

Our platform helps individuals and specialist-care teams understand what has changed, what matters and what may need attention next.

We have a working product foundation, this is well passed an MVP, and are looking for a Founding CTO to lead the next stage of development.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on founding position, not a traditional corporate CTO role.

You will:

• Own the technical architecture and engineering roadmap

• Lead iOS, platform, data and AI development

• Build secure, scalable health-data infrastructure

• Oversee privacy, security and regulatory compliance

• Recruit and lead the future engineering team

• Support product development, partnerships and fundraising

• Move confidently between strategy and hands-on delivery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience building data-driven, AI or health-technology products

• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs and data engineering

• Experience with iOS health data, wearables or connected devices

• Understanding of AI-assisted analytics and responsible AI

• Knowledge of UK and EU health-data privacy requirements

• The ability to write code and operate as a strategic founding partner

• Clear communication, commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset

COMPENSATION

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with salary dependent on the company’s funding stage.
