Tech Lead （技术开发负责人）

Role Direction:

Traze is rebuilding the product and engineering working model for its trading App. We are looking for an Engineering Lead who is highly attuned to new technologies, AI coding, mobile development platforms, and engineering efficiency — to help the team evolve from traditional manual development toward a more automated, componentized, and efficient development model. You will lead a small development squad and partner with the Product Lead to support Traze App's core product lines, including accounts, trading, growth, community, educational tools, fund management, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical solution design, development management, and delivery quality for Traze App product lines

- Lead a squad of 2–3 developers, working alongside product managers, UI/UX designers, operations, and QA to rapidly iterate on product releases

- Drive adoption of mature PaaS / mobile development platforms / middle-platform components / open-source components to reduce redundant engineering efforts and boost development velocity

- Evaluate mature mobile development platforms and toolchains (e.g., mPaaS, Tencent Mobile Development Platform, Firebase, Supabase, GitHub Actions, Vercel, cloud-native tools, automated Ops tools, etc.) and determine which can be applied to our business

- Champion AI coding adoption within the team — leverage tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, and others to improve developer productivity

- Quickly assess technical implementation paths, development costs, risks, and reusable components based on product requirements

- Participate in or review development/architecture for App frontend, backend, APIs, push notifications, account systems, campaign configuration, trading-related tools, and more

- Drive engineering workflow automation — including automated testing, automated deployment, code review, monitoring/alerting, and release optimization

- Collaborate with the Product Lead to evaluate iteration priorities, ensuring development does not commence without clear product objectives

- Help the team transition from "manual development / passive requirement-taking" to a "componentized, platform-driven, AI-assisted, rapid-iteration" engineering model

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of development experience, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead / Development Squad Lead role

- Experienced in mobile App or Web App development, with full-cycle delivery from requirements to launch

- Familiar with frontend-backend collaboration, API design, databases, permission systems, push notifications, user account systems, campaign configuration, payment/fund flows, and other common App system capabilities

- Highly sensitive to new technologies and tools — willing to continuously research and introduce mature solutions to drive efficiency

- Hands-on experience with PaaS, low-code platforms, microservice platforms, cloud-native platforms, open-source components, or middle-platform capabilities

- Proficient with at least one mainstream AI coding tool, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Claude Code

- Strong engineering judgment — able to distinguish between what should be built in-house vs. what should be reused from mature components or platform capabilities

- Strong communication skills — able to break down requirements with product managers, not just passively accept development tasks

- High standards for code quality, system stability, and security awareness

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with fintech trading Apps, brokerage Apps, FX/CFD, crypto trading platforms, payments, wallets, risk control, or fund systems

- Experience with high-concurrency, low-latency, trading pipelines, fund security, or compliance systems

- Experience leading a team through a transition from traditional development to an AI Native / DevOps / automated engineering system

- Familiarity with domestic Chinese cloud vendors, mobile development platforms, or microservice platforms

- Experience building component libraries, business middle platforms, development platforms, or internal tooling platforms

- English proficiency as a working language

What We're Looking For:

You are not just a development lead who only schedules tasks and writes code. You need to be highly sensitive to external technology trends — knowing how to leverage AI, PaaS, open-source components, and automation tools to enable a small team to deliver 2–3x the output. You will help Traze build a faster, lighter, and smarter product engineering iteration model.

- 推动团队使用成熟的 PaaS / 移动开发平台 / 中台组件 / 开源组件，减少重复造轮子，提高开发效率

- 关注国内外成熟的移动开发平台和工具链，例如 mPaaS、腾讯移动开发平台、Firebase、Supabase、GitHub Actions、Vercel、云原生工具、自动化运维工具等，并判断哪些可以用于现有业务

- 推动 AI coding 在团队中的落地，包括使用 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Codex、Claude Code 等工具提升开发效率

- 能够基于产品需求，快速判断技术实现路径、开发成本、风险点和可复用组件

- 参与 App 前端、后端、接口、消息推送、账户体系、活动配置、交易相关工具等功能开发或技术评审

- 推动工程流程自动化，包括自动化测试、自动化部署、代码审查、监控告警和发布效率优化

- 与产品负责人共同评估每个迭代的优先级，避免在产品目标不清晰的情况下直接进入开发

- 帮助团队从"手工开发 / 被动接需求"转向"组件化、平台化、AI 辅助、快速迭代"的工程模式

任职要求：

- 5 年以上开发经验，至少 2 年技术负责人 / Tech Lead / 开发组长经验

- 熟悉移动 App 或 Web App 开发，有完整产品从需求到上线的交付经验

- 熟悉前后端协作、API 设计、数据库、权限体系、消息推送、用户账户体系、活动配置、支付 / 资金流程等常见 App 系统能力

- 对新技术、新工具高度敏感，愿意持续研究并引入成熟工具提升效率

- 有使用 PaaS、低代码平台、微服务平台、云原生平台、开源组件或中台能力的实际经验

- 熟练使用至少一种主流 AI coding 工具，如 Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Codex、Claude Code 等

- 具备较强的工程判断力，能区分哪些功能应该自研，哪些功能应该复用成熟组件或平台能力

- 具备良好的沟通能力，能和产品经理一起拆解需求，而不是只被动接开发任务

- 有较强的代码质量、系统稳定性和安全意识

- 有金融交易 App、券商 App、外汇 / CFD、加密交易平台、支付、钱包、风控、资金系统经验

- 有高并发、低延迟、交易链路、资金安全、合规系统经验

- 有团队从传统开发模式转向 AI Native / DevOps / 自动化工程体系的经验

- 熟悉国内云厂商、移动开发平台或微服务平台

- 有搭建组件库、业务中台、开发平台、内部工具平台经验

- 英文可以作为工作语言
