What You'll Do

- Lead investments end to end: sourcing, thesis, diligence, and the case to the investment committee.

- Own your own coverage across AI, robotics, and deep tech, and build the firm's view of the market.

- Take real ownership after the check: board-level engagement with founders on strategy, hiring, fundraising, and growth.

- Grow and leverage a senior network of founders, operators, LPs, and co-investors across Asia and beyond.

- Help raise the bar for the broader investment team as a senior voice in the room.

Who You Are

- 7+ years across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a high-growth startup, with real deals you can point to.

- You have led investments or transactions end to end, not just supported them.

- Sharp analytical judgment paired with your own point of view on where AI is going.

- Fluent in Korean and English: you operate comfortably across Asia and globally.

- Self-directed and high-ownership, at ease making calls under ambiguity.

- Bonus: an existing network of founders and co-investors in AI, robotics, or deep tech.
