Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a CTO (Full Stack Engineer) to join FIRST CLASS HANNAM as a key member of our early team and grow with the organization over the long term.

Responsibilities

· Design and build a web-based platform from the ground up, covering both front-end and back-end

· Design database and metadata architecture to support our platform's needs

· Build secure file/document upload, storage, and access-controlled systems

· Design systems that support secure operational workflows

· Operate and maintain live systems during key operational periods

· (server management, backups, incident response)

· Organize and prepare data for internal reporting purposes

· Continuously improve and evolve the platform as the organization grows

Requirements

· Proven experience in full-stack web development (Front-end + Back-end)

· Experience with database design, data security, access control, and privacy best practices

· Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs into applications

· Ability to work flexibly and independently in an early-stage startup environment

· Portfolio required
