VP Engineering

VP Engineering required for an early-stage technology company developing advanced sensing systems. This VP Engineering role will lead the full engineering function across hardware, software, and systems development. The VP Engineering will work closely with leadership to scale the team and deliver complex, high-performance products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware and systems
• Define technical strategy, architecture, and product development roadmap
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept through to production
• Work closely with customers and partners on technical delivery and integration

Requirements

• Strong background in electronics, systems engineering and sensing technologies
• Experience leading engineering teams in SME or startup environments
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware systems to market
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging customers and stakeholders
