Head of Information Technology

Primary Job Role :

As The Head of IT, You will oversee the end-to-end technology operations at SAMIR, including software development, product management, network and security, and data management. This role ensures the availability, security, and continuous improvement of IT systems while working closely with business teams, particularly Operations, to develop technology solutions that support and optimize business processes. The IT Manager leads the Development, Product, Network & Security, and Data teams, ensuring all technology initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.

Your main duties will include:

Job Description :

1. Lead and oversee the Development, Product, Network & Security, and Data teams to ensure efficient technology operations and successful project delivery.
2. Define and execute the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
3. Ensure the availability, scalability, security, and reliability of the company's applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
4. Partner with Operations and other business units to develop technology solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
5. Oversee software development, product delivery, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and data governance.
6. Develop and maintain IT policies, security standards, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to technology and information security.
8. Manage IT vendors, technology budgets, software licensing, and third-party services.
9. Establish KPIs and service levels for technology operations and drive continuous improvement across all IT functions.
10. Stay informed of emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance business capabilities through innovation.

Job Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. At least 9-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry
3. Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages, database management, and cloud infrastructure
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
6. Excellent communication in English with strong interpersonal skills
7. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
8. Strong POJK (Peraturan OJK) knowledge and understanding

1. Delivering technology solutions on time and within budget
2. Ensuring that the fintech application is stable, secure, and meets the needs of our customers
3. Ensuring compliance within the IT Process to be comply with POJK
4. Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT team
5. Reducing the number of technology-related incidents
6. Maintaining high levels of data security and regulatory compliance
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and implementing appropriate solutions as needed.
