Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, operations, and performance of data center networks, GPU cluster fabrics, compute systems, and storage platforms.
• Own external connectivity, structured cabling, hardware lifecycle management, and infrastructure scalability across GPU cloud sites.
• Manage strategic OEM/vendor relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for complex hardware and firmware issues.
• Oversee container orchestration, multi-tenant cluster management, and AI/HPC workload scheduling to ensure efficient GPU resource utilization.
• Define and govern monitoring, security, incident management, and capacity planning for network, compute, and storage environments.
• Build and lead a high-performing Network & Systems team while providing regular operational, risk, and capacity updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years in network engineering or systems infrastructure, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical grounding in data center network architecture: switching, routing, and high-performance/low-latency fabric design.
• Direct experience with GPU cluster networking (InfiniBand, RoCE, or similar high-throughput interconnects) or strong HPC networking background.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on exposure to container orchestration and multi-tenant cluster management platforms, and HPC/AI job scheduling systems for GPU workload allocation.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on exposure to high-performance parallel/distributed storage architectures for AI/ML workloads (low-latency, high-throughput storage feeding GPU clusters).
• Experience managing OEM/vendor relationships for server and network hardware, including firmware and support escalation.
• Track record standing up or scaling network/systems operations for hyperscale or AI/GPU cloud deployments.
• Comfortable operating at the interface of vendor contracts, technical engineering, and operations.

Added Advantage

• Experience with specific GPU server reference architectures (e.g., NVIDIA-based platforms) or equivalent hyperscale AI compute deployments.
• APAC/Indonesia data center/network infrastructure market experience.
• Relevant certifications (CCNP/CCIE, or equivalent for high-performance fabric).
