Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture and system design.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
• Define and oversee enterprise integrations and workflows.
• Mentor Front-End and Back-End engineers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, scalability, and role-based access controls.
• Provide hands-on support for complex technical challenges when needed

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• 6+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
• Strong AWS expertise (mandatory and top priority).
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven background in enterprise architecture and system integrations.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Workday HCM integration experience is a plus, but not required.
