About your service: Enjoy the variety and flexibility of working across our fantastic Ballarat cluster! You’ll have the opportunity to support services in Ballarat Central, Lucas, Creswick, Mount Pleasant, Soliders Hill and beyond, making a real impact while broadening your OSHC leadership experience.

Location: Ballarat, VIC.

Position: Casual

Hourly Rate: $43 to $45 Per Hour (inclusive of WRP) + Super

Role

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM to 8:45 AM.
• After School Care: 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Monday to Friday.
• Paid administrative time and regular training and development opportunities.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As Our OSHC Service Coordinator You Will

• Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

What You Bring to the Mix

• The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
• The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
• The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
