Founding Engineer - AI Agent Infrastructure

We are looking for a strong systems engineer to build the infrastructure that allows AI agents to run reliably in production.

What You’ll Build

The runtime that executes and manages agent tasks

Tool calling, session state, retries, and failure recovery

Secure environments for agents to run code and access data

Monitoring and debugging systems for agent behavior

Infrastructure that supports many agents running at the same time

What We’re Looking For

Strong backend or distributed-systems experience

Experience with containers, cloud infrastructure, or job scheduling

Strong coding skills in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or Python

Familiarity with AI agents, LLM APIs, and tool calling

Ability to build reliable, secure production systems

Ideal Background

You may have worked on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, workflow engines, developer tools, code sandboxes, or distributed compute systems.

This role is best suited for a systems engineer who understands AI agents—not a pure ML researcher or prompt engineer.
