Salary: $190,000-$215,000

Hybrid in Norman, OK

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager / Lead Software Architect to drive architecture, delivery, and modernization across mission‑critical enterprise software programs. This role blends deep technical leadership with hands‑on system design, guiding engineering teams and customer stakeholders through complex, high‑value initiatives. You’ll shape technical strategy, lead multi‑team execution, introduce modern SDLC and AI‑assisted engineering practices, and help build world‑class software used by millions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture and system design for complex web and distributed applications
  • Drive technical program execution across multiple engineering teams
  • Partner with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders on roadmaps and requirements
  • Introduce modern SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and AI‑assisted engineering practices
  • Produce clear technical content: design docs, proposals, demos, and solution briefs
  • Lead technical discussions with customers and guide solution direction
  • Mentor engineers and elevate engineering quality through reviews and best practices


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical program management.
  • Strong full‑stack engineering background with hands‑on experience in: C# / .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, React or Angular, Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience leading multi‑team technical programs or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Ability to drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical decision‑making.
  • Comfortable producing long‑form technical content and presenting to executives and customers.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage complex technical programs end‑to‑end.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with real‑time data systems, distributed computing, or high‑performance visualization.
  • Background in enterprise architecture, SDLC transformation, or engineering productivity programs.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted development workflows, responsible AI guardrails, or spec‑driven engineering.
  • Consulting experience or customer‑embedded delivery.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines (web, mobile, backend, cloud, DevOps, data).
