BIM Manager | Greenfield International Airport | Uzbekistan
We're hiring a BIM Manager to govern the digital model environment for a large-scale, multinational infrastructure project — the development of a greenfield international airport in Uzbekistan.
About the Role
You'll govern the project's 3D BIM model environment up to LOD 400/500, enforcing the BIM Execution Plan across both PMC and EPC teams — driving automated clash detection, managing the digital twin through construction, and delivering a clean As-Built BIM model integrated with the airport's Facility Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce the BIM Execution Plan across PMC and EPC teams
Lead automated clash detection across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Verify site variations and change orders are updated dynamically within the digital twin
Deliver a clean "As-Built BIM" model integrated with Facility Management (FM)
Conduct model audits and quality checks against LOD and coordination requirements
Act as the primary BIM point of contact between SPV, EPC Contractor, PMC, and consultants
What We're Looking For
10+ years in civil engineering or architecture, including 5+ years as a BIM Manager/Lead
At least one completed mega-scale infrastructure project (airport, metro, or high-speed rail)
Expert level in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage
Proficient in BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (CDE)
Familiarity with Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and asset management integration tools
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
If you're ready to govern the digital backbone of a landmark greenfield airport from design through to as-built handover, we'd love to hear from you.
