About AIJE
AIJE is a new standard in premium fitness and wellness, built for the modern woman who values luxury, quality and a personalised approach to health. We combine the latest technology, innovative training methodology and a high standard of service to deliver a distinct client experience. AIJE is more than a fitness studio — it is a philosophy that inspires women to reach new levels, discover their inner strength, and care for their bodies with comfort and pleasure.
About the role
We are looking for a Director to lead AIJE's day-to-day operations and be accountable for the club's performance as a business — commercially, operationally and in the experience it delivers to every member.
Responsibilities
- Own the club's overall performance: revenue, membership growth and retention, and profitability against budget.
- Build and manage the operating team — trainers, front desk, wellness and support staff — including hiring, scheduling, performance standards and development.
- Set and enforce service standards that match a premium positioning, from first contact through daily member experience.
- Manage the P&L: budgeting, cost control, pricing and membership packages, and reporting to ownership.
- Oversee facility operations, equipment and vendor management to premium standards.
- Develop and execute local marketing and member-acquisition initiatives in cooperation with the marketing function.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention, and act on the drivers behind both.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and labour requirements.
- Report regularly to ownership/CEO on club performance, risks and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a premium fitness club, wellness centre, spa or comparable high-end service business, ideally in a director or general manager capacity.
- Demonstrated commercial results: membership growth, retention rates or revenue improvement you can speak to with numbers.
- Strong people management experience, including hiring, training and holding a team to a service standard.
- Working knowledge of P&L management and budgeting.
- Russian and Uzbek required; English at a working level is a strong advantage.
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of outcomes, not only tasks.
Preferred
- Experience in a female-focused or premium wellness concept specifically.
- Background in luxury hospitality or high-end retail service standards.
- Experience launching or scaling a new fitness/wellness location.
Compensation
Discussed individually, based on experience.
How to apply
- Send your CV to [email protected], with a short note on one club or business you managed where you improved retention or revenue — what you changed and what the result was.
