Our client, a leading innovator in the technology and manufacturing sector, is seeking a Senior Leader - Electrical & Software Engineering to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Leader - Electrical & Software Engineering, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Plan, direct, and oversee the activities of Electrical and Software Engineering teams supporting product lines.
• Partner with engineering leadership to allocate resources effectively for strategic product development initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment with business strategies and successful project execution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop engineering staff to build a high-performing team.
• Lead design reviews, define strategic engineering directions, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product innovation.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical and software engineering leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of electrical and software engineering principles, including C, C++, C#, embedded systems, Windows, Linux, and Git/Github.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
