Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy, architecture, and transformation initiatives across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud strategy, technology modernization, and governance frameworks. This role will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions that support long-term organizational growth and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture standards, principles, and technology roadmaps.
• Develop strategic infrastructure solutions across on-premises, data centre, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives, including migration and optimization programs.
• Provide architectural guidance across compute, storage, network, backup, virtualization, and platform technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Establish and govern infrastructure architecture frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Network, Application, and Operations teams to ensure integrated solution design.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle management, capacity planning, resilience, and platform scalability initiatives.
• Drive infrastructure cost optimization efforts through TCO, ROI, and financial analysis.
• Provide executive-level advisory services and present architectural recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support vendor assessments, technology selection, RFP responses, and strategic sourcing activities.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet regulatory, security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of enterprise infrastructure experience with strong architecture and design expertise.
• 8+ years in infrastructure strategy, technology roadmap development, and transformation planning.
• 8+ years of experience across hybrid infrastructure environments, including on-premises, cloud, and data centre platforms.
• Strong knowledge of compute, network, storage, backup, virtualization, and platform infrastructure technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with architecture governance, standards, frameworks, and enterprise best practices.
• 4-5 years of strategic exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, OCI, and/or GCP.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure modernization and technology lifecycle management initiatives.
• Experience conducting infrastructure cost optimization, TCO analysis, and ROI assessments.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, and strategic consulting skills.
• Experience evaluating technology vendors, supporting RFPs, and participating in solution selection processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within large enterprises or regulated industries, preferably Financial Services or Banking.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VMware, or cloud architecture certifications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery principles.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
