Head of Technology & Digital Transformation

OVERVIEW

We are a Global Healthcare Distributor looking for an experienced technology and transformation leader to help shape the next stage of our digital and operational evolution.

We are seeking a builder who can combine technology, operations, data, and innovation to create scalable solutions that improve business performance and support future growth.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive transformation across supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, data, automation, and customer-facing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute technology and digital transformation strategy
• Drive supply chain and operational technology innovation
• Improve visibility, productivity, and decision-making through data and analytics
• Lead automation and AI-enabled initiative
• Build and develop high-performing technology and product teams
• Establish scalable platforms, architecture, and governance
• Partner with business leaders to solve real operational challenges
• Build digital products or operational technology platforms
• Integrating multiple systems through modern APIs and architecture.
