The RealEstate space continues to change at speed in Stockholm and companies are trying to solve real problems for people through tech.

I am partnering with a fast-growing Stockholm PropTech scale-up that has built a platform used by hundreds of thousands of residents across the Nordics. With strong ARR growth year on year and AI at the core of everything they build, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to help take the engineering team to the next level.

This isn't a purely people role. You'll stay close to the code, shape architecture decisions, and lead a cross-functional team building the platform that hundreds of thousands of people interact with every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading and growing a team of engineers across a modern AI-native stack
• Partnering closely with Product to shape the roadmap — not just deliver it
• Driving technical excellence, scalability, and engineering culture
• Using AI as a natural part of how your team works and ships

You're the right person if:

• You've led engineering teams and kept your hands on the technical detail
• You're comfortable with ideally Go (or other backend languages), distributed systems, and modern cloud infrastructure
• You care about the why as much as the how
• You thrive in a fast-moving, product-led environment
