Director of Forward Deployed Engineering (Business Driver)

The Role

Lead our Forward Deployed Engineering practice — the team that embeds directly with clients to solve their toughest data and AI problems, built on our strategic partnerships with Palantir and Databricks. You'll own delivery, own the team, and own both partner relationships.

What You'll Own

• Delivery — End-to-end success of client engagements, from scoping to production
• Team — Building, leading, and growing a team of forward deployed engineers
• Partnerships — Palantir and Databricks as our two core technology relationships
• Commercial outcomes — Margin, utilization, and growth of the FDE practice

What You Bring

• Senior engineering leadership experience, ideally in a client-facing or professional-services model
• Hands-on credibility with Palantir Foundry/AIP and Databricks
• Comfort operating with both engineers and executives, in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
• Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich; German a plus
